From checkout to doorstep, there are several stages in a typical order.
CONFIRMED — Your checkout has been received.
PREPARING — Items are being allocated, checked, or packed.
DISPATCHED — The package has been handed to a shipping provider.
IN TRANSIT — The package is moving through logistics networks.
OUT FOR DELIVERY — A local carrier is making a delivery attempt.
DELIVERED — The carrier reports completion.
Tracking is sent by email when available. Please allow 24–72 hours for an initial scan. International packages may have gaps between updates.
If you cannot locate a tracking message, write to info@lorvena.store with the order number and checkout email. Never post your order or address publicly.
